Start with the actual route and transaction record, not another transfer. Check the asset, source network, destination, login method and whether you used Send or Withdraw. HyperCore, HyperEVM, a source-chain wallet and a third-party bridge have different balances. The current official instructions distinguish email USDC deposits from wallet-connected USDC deposits; their network and minimum rules are not interchangeable.
First: preserve the evidence and stop retrying
Record the public transaction hash, asset and amount, source network, destination network and address, approximate time, selected route or provider, and the current status shown in the official application. A transaction hash on the source chain is not proof that the destination has credited a bridge transfer.
Never send a seed phrase, private key, login code or wallet-export file to a support account. Do not pay a stranger a “recovery” or “validation” deposit.
Which route did you actually use?
| What you observe | Read-only checks | What not to infer |
|---|---|---|
| Source transaction still pending or failed | Confirm status in the correct source-chain explorer | That Hyperliquid has already received a completed deposit |
| Source succeeded, destination missing | Match token, network, destination and provider transfer record | That every asset or every chain shares the same deposit route |
| Balance on HyperEVM, not in the trading view | Check the HyperEVM wallet and HyperCore balances separately | That adding a network to a wallet moves funds |
| Deposit recorded, but available amount is lower | Reconcile open positions, margin and unrealized PnL | That a smaller available balance proves a lost deposit |
| Outbound record says Send | Check the internal destination account | That Send initiated an external-chain withdrawal |
| Outbound record says Withdrawal | Inspect pending/completed/failed status and its explorer link | That a fixed universal completion time applies |
Use the route-specific official support index when the asset or provider differs from the USDC cases below.
USDC: email and wallet-connected deposit rules differ
The official Deposited USDC FAQ, checked on 14 September 2026, separates these flows:
| Selected flow | Networks listed for this USDC flow | Below-minimum warning |
|---|---|---|
| Current email-connected route | Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, Polygon | Below 5 USDC is not credited and is redirected to the email wallet; below 1 USDC is described as lost |
| Wallet-connected route | Arbitrum | Below 5 USDC is described as lost |
These are not universal rules for every bridge, exchange or asset supported by the ecosystem. Check the actual deposit modal before sending. For an already completed wrong or small deposit, follow the matching official recovery guidance; recovery is not guaranteed. Do not combine several undersized transfers expecting them to be credited as one.
Withdrawal not received: distinguish Send from Withdraw
Open the official Portfolio page and inspect the relevant action record. The withdrawal FAQ explains that Send is internal to Hyperliquid, not a withdrawal to another blockchain.
For a pending withdrawal, compare elapsed time with the route’s current estimate. For a completed record, inspect the explorer destination, asset and network. For a failed record, use the support route for the provider that handled it. A deposit to an exchange requires that exchange to support the exact asset and network; a matching-looking address is insufficient.
We do not promise a single withdrawal duration or a universal fixed withdrawal fee. Routes and network conditions differ.
HyperCore and HyperEVM are separate balances
The official HyperEVM guide identifies mainnet chain ID 999 and HYPE as the gas token. HyperCore Spot balances and HyperEVM balances are not interchangeable displays. Supported transfers are available through the official interface.
Do not copy an asset-specific transfer address from another token’s instructions. The guide explicitly warns that a transfer address intended for HYPE is not a generic deposit address for other assets. Confirm exchange support for HyperCore versus HyperEVM before any future test transfer.
Deposit visible but “available” balance is smaller
An existing cross-margin position can use incoming collateral, especially with negative unrealized PnL. The official margin explanation for missing Perps USDC addresses this case.
The read-only wallet tracker can help inspect returned account state, but it cannot recover funds or prove complete HyperEVM or HIP-3 coverage. A missing panel is not proof of zero balance.
A support note you can prepare
Include the route, public transaction hash, asset and amount, networks, destination, UTC timestamp and exact displayed status. State what was expected and what you have checked. Share only the necessary public transaction details through verified support channels; redact unrelated balances and personal information from screenshots.
This guide performs no transfer and makes no recovery promise. Stop if the asset, destination or route cannot be confidently established.

Frequently asked questions
Why is a successful deposit not all available to trade?
Available balance is not the same as the deposited amount. Existing cross-margin positions and negative unrealized PnL can consume collateral. First reconcile the official account record, balances and margin state.
Can I use Send to withdraw to another chain?
No. The official FAQ describes Send as an internal Hyperliquid transfer. Check the intended network and use the corresponding withdrawal route; exchange deposits also require the exchange to support that specific route.
Is the USDC minimum the same for email and wallet deposits?
The current official FAQ distinguishes the routes. For wallet-connected Arbitrum USDC deposits, amounts below 5 USDC are described as lost. For the current email USDC route, amounts below 5 USDC are not credited and are redirected, while amounts below 1 USDC are described as lost. Recheck the current deposit modal and route-specific FAQ before transferring.
